Terms of Service

1. The Service

Rapid Action is a network routing optimizer. It selects and maintains an optimized network path between your device and the servers of supported online games in order to reduce latency, packet loss, and connection instability. Rapid Action is not a VPN and is not marketed as a privacy, anonymity, or security product. It does not modify game files, memory, or client software, and does not guarantee any specific performance result, which depends on your hardware, connection, region, and the game itself.

2. License Keys and Eligibility

Access to the Service is granted through a license key delivered by email after purchase. A license key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for the duration of your plan.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a key.
• You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential.
• Keys may not be resold, sublicensed, shared publicly, or redistributed.
• We may deactivate keys that show signs of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Develop, distribute, or operate cheating tools, aimbots, wallhacks, exploits, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in a game.
• Violate the terms of service, rules, or anti-cheat policies of any game or platform.
• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or that of any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent license limits or resell access to the Service.

4. Games and Anti-Cheat

Rapid Action operates at the network layer and does not read or alter game processes. However, you remain solely responsible for complying with the terms and anti-cheat rules of the games you play. We do not control third-party games and are not responsible for any action a game publisher may take against your game account.

5. Payments, Billing, and Renewals

Prices are listed on our pricing page and are charged through a third-party payment processor. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. Refunds

We offer a refund window so you can evaluate the Service on your own connection. If the Service does not meaningfully improve your connection, you may request a refund within the stated window by contacting support@rapidaction.gg. Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Specific refund timeframes are communicated at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by Rapid Action Technologies Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the Service, not any ownership rights. All game names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular reduction in ping, latency, or packet loss. Network performance depends on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Action Technologies Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, ranking, in-game progress, or game account access, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rapid Action Technologies Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
